The aim of this foundation course is to teach you how to improve your dog's core strength, balance and flexibility. Therefore preventing injury and enhance overall musculoskeletal health for a your dog whether they do sporting activities or are just active family pets.

Core Strength and Body Awareness focuses on strengthening the centre of your dog's body to improve overall stability and movement.

Flexibility & Balance improves your dog's range of motion and balance, which are crucial for performing daily activities.

This workshop will give you simple but invaluable fun exercises and tricks to use throughout your dogs life to keep them fit and supple both physically and mentally.
